I lead an exciting and innovative team of analysts and project managers in implementing technology. The Trust is one of the largest and most pioneering brain injury specialists in the UK. In this forward thinking organisation I'm responsible for transformation through the use of systems, applications and data. The main focus is on listening to our staff and customers and combining that with my broad knowledge of technology in order to solve problems and bring benefits to people. I enjoy working with cutting edge technologies such as sensors, assistive technologies and big data.

I currently work for iCareHealth as a Software Implementation Project Manager. iCareHealth develops software for the care industry, providing all training and technical support following implementation. My roll involves working in partnership with Clients and the Sales Team to understand project mandates and the client expectations for each project. I will then manage projects using Prince2 and internally developed procedures, ensure projects are delivered not only to clients’ budgets but also to internal company budgets. This is achieved by managing Project teams drawn from internal staff, client bodies and 3rd party suppliers.I enjoy attending and chairing project meetings and providing on-site, hands-on supervision of the deliverables. Another side of my role is to provide consultancy through gaining an understanding of their business models and technical requirements. Undertaking Implementation Planning Studies I analyse a customers data requirements, processes and stakeholders. Having worked with companies of varying sizes such as family run businesses with one or two users, through to larger organisation such as County Councils.

In my years at Barclays Bank PLC I used my interest in finance and my drive to perform. I joined the bank as a Personal Banker where my communication skills and passion for my customers kept me as the top performer of my branch, one of the largest in the region. After a year I was promoted to a branch manager, leading my team in driving performance and surpassing our customer's expectations. It was important to me that I support my colleagues and help them achieve their own goals and aspirations. My success in this showed; as a team we increased Customer Service performance of the branch and had staff attrition of 0% for the years I was there. Further promotion led me to a career as a Financial Advisor and in this role I was able to use my in-depth knowledge of finance coupled with my strong relationship building skills to acquire a large portfolio of clients. From low risk customers investing for the first time to experiences investors with large portfolios I worked to build up trust and give sound and compliant advice.
