Key aspects of my role include: - Driving the use of data analytics and business intelligence, enabling insightful decision-making and maintaining a competitive edge – Implemented Microsoft Power BI across the organisation.- Devised company strategy regards adoption of AI technologies including evaluation of tools, embedding into operations and customer platform. I also led development of an AI training programme to ensure SocialTalent staff use new tools in a proactive way, while ensuring information security and data protection requirements were adhered to. .- Designed and developed data pipelines from disparate data sources such as AWS, MongoDB, AppCues, Excel and Google Sheets into a scalable data warehouse.- Built relationships across all departments within the organisation to understand, collate and leverage data sources into usable models.- Managing our adherence to information security standards and processes, especially in the implementation of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.- Developing and enforcing robust information governance policies, ensuring full compliance with data protection laws and standards – maintaining the gold standard of zero data breaches or reportable incidents during my time at SocialTalent.- Leading cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard systems against evolving threats, while also managing and mitigating risk and overseeing incident response strategy.
