Grindware is a business based solely on motivation, geared towards underprivileged youth. We provide avenues of hope to the ignorant minds of the people that have been involuntarily and negatively infected by cultural ways/myths to be successful. Grindware uses media, attire, entertainment, and speaking events to change lives, and motivate the weary. We take a stance against violence, crime, and discrimination. We stand alone as a movement, not just a branch of a business, but entirely by motivation. Believing that to just be motivated is the seed of any successful mind. GRINDWARE DIVISIONS 2ND Wind- Motivation is pretty much the most important psychological feature we can have in life. It is what drives us like an engine; or what drives the engine like fuel; without motivation, we pretty much come to a dead stop. So “2nd Wind” is the name of the group of ubran speakers that will speak on behalf of grindware. We use speakers from all ethnicities and backgrounds to be able to relate to any crowd. Organizations who offer motivational speakers will find the best fit for a company or organization, based on the event and the goals. Also people, who hear a motivational speaker they can relate too, will be more subjected to a positive change. We have specialized speakers in a variety of topics and businesses from sports teams, health care and fitness, to team building for sales personnel.Ms. Grindware- This is the division of Grindware focused directly on the woman of our communities. We want to provide equal access to our programs for women and girls from ALL walks of life. Our goal is to have transportation, scholarships, & nutritious food at every event. Provide consistent group mentorship from diverse adult role models who share their professional expertise, personal advice, and networks.
