1. Operational oversight for Patient Transporters and all aspects of the Telemetry Transport Program. 2. Provides personnel management of Transporters and Telemetry Transport personnel, including, but not limited to; hiring, orientation, clinical competency, constructive discipline and other activities as indicated. 3. Provides appropriate in-service training for Transporters and Telemetry Transport Personnel. Collaborates with Nursing Education Staff to develop and maintain education programs for Transporters and Telemetry Transport personnel. 4. Interfaces with Nursing Care Units, Nursing Management Team and Ancillary Departments to provide transport needs of patients requiring monitoring during transport, as defined in the Telemetry Transport position description and guidelines for the program. 5. Evaluates the effectiveness of Patient Transport and Telemetry Transport on a continual basis. 6. Maintains and interprets productivity standards. 7. Maintains and interprets Quality Standards.

•Supervises the operation of loading of large out bound orders of bulk food product onto commercial trucks for the dispatching and distribution to various commercial food vendor clients•Direct supervision of a team of 15 Union based employees while utilizing all skills listed above•Devised strategic plans and role for team to leverage 17k-20k orders per shift, ultimately optimizing profit margins for Honor Foods•Inventory and quality checking of all out bound orders prior to final dispatching•Scheduling of inbound receiving appointments efficiently and effectively to maximize both Sales and Warehouse departments•Continuous safety improvements with promotion of a “Safety First” culture in the workplace.

Currently, I am an Operations Manager for the United Parcel Service (UPS). On a daily basis, I am responsible for the well being and safety of 25 professional package handlers, loading and dispatch of 35 trucks with approximately 20,000 packages, scheduling of employee hours, collaboration with upper management to boost team efficiency and productivity, and am responsible for communicating team production goals both in the verbal and written formats. I am stationed in the Philadelphia UPS Warehouse, thus I am aware of safety and human welfare around machinery. I have lead my team to three years of "Safe" work days in the warehouse.
