About Gerald Fallon

As an individual who possesses a solid business background representing 40+ years as a seasoned executive (most of which working on Wall Street), an investment banker and chief executive officer for both an investment bank and an asset management company, my qualifications are provided for consideration as an “independent” corporate director. My board experience includes serving on manufacturing, high tech, credit card authentication, fiber optics, telephony, wholesale / retail, financial, product innovation, and asset management companies. In addition, I have experience in chairing audit and compensation committees, and serving on the ALCO committee of a commercial bank. I have over 30 years experience in the fixed income area, and hold two Service Marks (i.e., trade marks) – Lower Floater and Customized Purchase Bonds. For the past decade, I have also been heavily involved in the private equity sector. It is important that a corporate board be an asset to the chief executive officer while corporate directors are responsible to the shareholders by complying fully with Sarbanes-Oxley, and following established corporate governance practices beginning with a clear differentiation between the roles of management and the board. I truly believe I have the ability to strike a successful balance between the boards I serve on and the chief executive officers I advise.
