● Provide timely, exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and online● Performing mechanical, electrical and software servicing and regular maintenance● Diagnosing faults with servos drives, VSDs, sensors, cabling, mechanical systems such as bearings,gearboxes, belts, motors, conveyors, etc● Diagnosing faults with machering operation and assisting customers to rectify issues promptly● Use ticketing system to record issues, solutions and track time● Take ownership of issues and work with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary● Creating and maintaining technical procedures and processes● Identifying product improvements and working with appropriate teams to get these actioned● Mechanical, Electrical and Software:o Installationso Servicingo Troubleshootingo Attending breakdownso Operator & supervisor trainingo Optimisation advice● Assist in providing technical support to technicians domestically and internationally● Contribute to the engineering team during the design and development of new or existing machinery● Provide engineering support during the manufacturing and factory commissioning of new machines● Assist in the design (electrical, mechanical and/or software) and testing new equipment
