Spearheaded the rollout of Flynde's brand management concept, global content development and website development. - Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with linguists and Flynde team members- Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control- Manage on-time deliveries, adherence to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients- Ensure compliance with client specific localization requirements, glossary and other specialized requirements- Manage localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports- Analyzes location project risk, and defines mitigation actions of identified risks- Manages team’s compliance with standards, practices and policies

Coordinate activities in the ANZ region including client management. Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, working with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Flynde translation solutions.Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for Flynde's ANZ customers- Assist with marketing activities in the ANZ region- Specialist for subtitling and voiceover video projects, localization projects for the global start-up community, creative art and video direction, post production editing, animation, cross cultural adaptations and production localization, art and graphic design direction- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Familiarity in Articulate Storyline, Filmmaker, Final Cut Pro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and other video post production, sound editing.
