I was the liaison between independent dealerships that had Uhaul as a side business in their neighbourhoods. I was responsible for maintaining existing relationships and prospecting the area for other potential business partners to work with the Uhaul brand of products ( Truck rentals, storage, retail moving supplies and online services). I would train owners and their staff on contracting, selling, basic equipment maintenance, and audit sales and contracts ( once every 90 days ). Perform location inspection, clean up and repair equipment and advocate for work to these locations. I also was the person that clients contacted if they needed help or to complain if they needed me to intervene. Make a weekly plan outlining my week and detail that plan to the Marketing Company President. This would entail route plans, revenue, KPIs and other metrics. Required travel 70 % of the time, on-call 7 days a week and had to be able to recover assets and organize the transfer of the equipment needed.
