As AV Technician, I coordinated the installation of audio visual systems and oversaw the completion of a new 47,000 sq. ft. dental education facility. This role grew and as the Technical Operations Manager, I continued to manage audio visual needs, and created a new clinical department, all to facilitate hand-on workshops and faculty dental practice. As the Director, I managed a team who facilitated audio visual, and clinical departments for hands-on workshops and seminars. Managed tenant needs for facility operations in coordination with landlord maintenance and janitorial teams. This eventually became a new department I created and managed.Developed tenant improvement in coordination with executive leadership and architects to fulfill growing human capital needs. Usable space grew from 47K sq. ft. to 100K sq. ft. with various projects from office space, a fitness center, and a recording studio. The clinic was also rebuilt with new finishes 3 times under my guidance.Created and managed a new IT department to separate from our parent company. Created and managed a new dental model fulfillment and shipping department to facilitate study club materials requests.
