After 13 years 9 months I have left the corporate world to focus on my Real Estate Business that I have been working on for the past 6 years.

Perform Tier III service and support for products and services of medium to high complexity; specifically application support for GE’s Centricity ePrescribe (eSM) and for Kryptiq’s DocuSign for Patients application. This role requires me to investigate, resolve, and document incoming L3 technical issues. We utilize SalesForce CRM for daily documentation and correspondence. My role may require me to validate & recreate technical issue(s) and or capture the end user requirements that lead to enhancement requests; often resulting in the initiation of software defects (bugs) sent directly to engineering. Create knowledgebase articles for issues not already documented to reduce troubleshooting and research time. Provide installation documentation and support for external parties. Facilitate beta release program for both applications – provide customer feedback directly to development teams. Provide professional services related to installations and or migrations. All in all – I make our customers happy and I find value in what I do for each of them.
