Full-time internal Alcoa consultant responsible for assisting Alcoa in meeting business needs by proliferating Toyota Production System (TPS) knowledge throughout Alcoa’s 24 businesses and 360 factories worldwide utilizing personal experience and unique background.

Responsible for coordinating Toyota Production System (TPS) throughout North American Primary Metals. Efforts dedicated toward developing plant system designs and assisting plant implementation to ensure accelerated rate of change and optimization of the entire value stream. Member of the Primary Metals ABS Lead Team. Member of the Primary Metals ABS Hypothetical Plant Initiative Executive and Qualification Teams. Participate in Alcoa/Primary Metals special projects (example - Iceland Plant Design Project to develop a target condition set of plant design parameters based upon Toyota Production System principles)

Directly responsible for the training of plant ABS Managers and management of Toyota Production System (TPS) implementation at Northwest Alloys Magnesium Reduction Plant, Lake Charles Carbon Products Plant, Baton Rouge Carbon Products Plant, Gum Springs Spent Potlining Processing Plant, and Specialty Metals Division (SMD/Rockdale Aluminum Atomizer Facility, SMD/ATC Spectrochemical Standards Facility, SMD Particle & SMD High Purity facilities).
