My job title changed the tasks didn't change. The only change was that I now traveled to Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, and Hummer dealerships.

I was transferred to Toledo, Ohio to be a Chevrolet account manager. My job was to sell new cars/trucks to Chevrolet dealers in the NorthWest area of Ohio. My job involved the following tasks at GM dealerships: marketing, promotion, advertising, training, analyzing reports for profitability, etc............

Handled and processed customers that were in litigation with General Motors. My job was to resolve all matters to a happy conclusion. I offered to repurchase vehicles that were indeed problem vehicles and offered a settlement to the rest. I tried to avoid court at all costs.

Traveled 3-4 days a week visiting dealers to work on their customer satisfaction issues with customers. I traveled and worked with a staff of 3 other individuals. We concluded our stay with a meeting with the dealer principal to outline our findings and offer many proven recommendations to correct and improve their processes towards satisfiying customers!
