My role is to provide oversight and support to recruiting and hiring across the portfolio for all positions - individual contributors to executives. I work with recruiting staffs as well as vendors to leverage the size and scope of the portfolio to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Focused on organic growth through strategic recruiting practices across 12 companies within the Vista portfolio. Responsible for onboarding and training recruiters as well as monitoring recruiting efforts within the portfolio.

Responsible for merging Universal Computer Systems and Reynolds & Reynolds recruitment efforts. Focused on building pipelines for talent to the new organization through building and maintaining recruiting departments in Dayton, Ohio; Houston, Texas; College Station, Texas; and Birmingham, England. Change agent that prompted the move to an electronic testing environment to increase efficiencies in the overall recruiting process. Also functioned as Senior Director of Building Administration and Sports Czar for Texas. Additional roles as the head of Data Based Advertising as well as Internal Product Manager for TestFirst Hiring.

Responsible for managing multiple shift production facility as a supplement to the UCS computer system. Also responsible for managing all building maintenance and improvement to facilities in Houston and College Station. Led the recruiting groups for Houston, College Station, as well as international recruiting in Birmingham, England.
