    Deliver service to both internal and external members that is in alignment with the credit union's Service Promises and Service Standards, and meet all established goals. Oversees the management of Credit Union facilities which include; facilities upgrades, and renovations, supplies and inventory control. Negotiates general workplace service issues with vendors and contractors and performs analysis of all workplace service contracts. Responsibel for branch physical security to include but not limited to security equipment, security guards, and robbery prevention. Serves as credit union safety/security officer (including robbery prevention and physical branch security training), responsible for OSHA complliance. Establish routine maintenance schedules for all facility equipment and systems. Maintains and acquires facility equipment inventory. IT Business Process Owner - Accountability over business processes and applications and/or software utilized by your business team. Initiates improvement in the tools, processes, steering mechanisms for your line of business and communicate, promote and define the business case to prioritize IT investment initiatives for your service area to senior managment through the IT Steering Committee. Ensure an y changes are within the defined scope and goals of the IT Strategy and Objectives for Oklahoma Central Credit Union. Function as point of escalation for the business teams as required, approve and initiate training when required and ensure key performance indicators are set for your business team. Recruit and coach staff to support your process where needed. Responsible for all facilitiy lease documents. Oversees and manages moves and relocations of office and workspaces. Develops and manages facilities budget. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
