CurrentMy focus is complex commercial litigation and the representation of clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in arbitration proceedings in the United States and abroad. My clients have been from a broad range of industries including manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and biological products, manufacturers and sellers of heavy machinery, and commodity sellers and traders. I have substantial experience defending clients in antitrust, product liability and class action lawsuits. I also have significant experience conducting outside counsel investigations of possible violations of antitrust law, securities law, and the FCPA.
