The Associational Mission Strategist (formally known as DOM) will oversee the strategic vision and decision making efforts to support church growth, fellowship and cooperation within the local SBC association. The AMS's duties include collaborating with pastors, church leaders and other organizations to strengthen the membership and mission of Christ.

Leading a cross-divisional and cross-functional Enterprise Authoring and Technical Publications project team through all aspects of team engagement and establish the governance structure for the standards approval process. Kevin Kuznia - 309-765-2360; Duties: Develops and authors detailed diagnostic information from an established approach to be used by dealer technicians and other product support personnel to diagnose and repair technical products. Serves as a organization liaison for a diagnostic tool and processes at domestic and international facilities including Europe and India. Develops text stories describing the functional and operational characteristics of machine systems. Creates C++ programs that assist technicians in the diagnostic process. Researches machine mechanical and electronic systems to determine their functional and operational characteristics. Evaluates the effectiveness of the system operation stories and diagnostic procedures making changes as required. Maintains several Access Databases in concert with Engineers, Technicians and Authors requirements. Presents project SOW to contractors for Quotation and Estimates. Audits contractor compliance and quality of work.

Lead Analyst in the Network Services Center of NETCOM-NW. Responsible for management, technical operation, performance monitoring, analysis and operations for all network management support provided to the region. Conducts information requirements studies; ensuring compliance with DA, NETCOM and regional information architectures and guidance. Provides technical and operational briefings to senior staff as necessary to overcome challenges and facilitate the accomplishment of the key tasks. Oversees system upgrades and provides network oriented technical review, validation and oversight. Determines long-range program objectives and develops the strategy for achieving those objectives. Mediates for functional proponents when necessary and performs site visits as required. Provides guidance on policy implementation and execution in the IA arena. Ensures compliance with existing IA standards within the region and maintains a close and collaborative working relationship between all IA staff elements. Serves as the region Knowledge Manager and assists in the development of the Army Knowledge Online web-portal. Serves as the NETCOM adviser to the Army Morale Welfare and Recreation Systems and Operational Architecture committees to ensure IT initiatives are in keeping with the Army IT agenda. Developed strategies and plans for training of assigned personnel on automation concerns. Directly Trained 500+ personnel on both automation and operational functions and monitored training conducted throughout the region. Supervised the Maintenance of all automation equipment and served as the security manager for 34 offices. Supported a team concept environment that promoted EEO concepts and defined goals of staff for conducting an evaluation of the 2000-year Census. Assumed the responsibilities of the Division Manager in his absence.
