Primary responsible for the management of the employee life cycle of the Center’s manpower,and the provision of administrative support to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Center

Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the HR office, helping to streamline administrative procedures, manage employee records, and provide general support to the HR team.

Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company personnel;assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual

HR Assistant – Recruitment, Training and Development &Employee RelationsConducts employee orientation of newly hired employees. Conducts preliminary interviews and testing evaluation on applicants. Assists in the implementation of policies and procedures.Assists various departments in conducting training and seminars.
