The HR Administrator (HRA) serves as a hybrid between an HR Officer and an Administrator Office. Primarily, the HRA will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They are also responsible for developing, advising, and implementing policies relating to the effective use of staff in an organisation.HRAs are energetic professionals who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. They are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. They are well organized and flexible.Key Responsibilities-Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;-Liaise with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;-Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;-Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;-Carry out and evaluate annual employee performance appraisal reviews to be used for employee improvement;-Prepare and update the employee handbook;-Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;-Undertake regular salary reviews;-Negotiate with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions;-Administer payroll and maintain employee records;-Interpret and advise on employment law;-Deal with grievances which includes implementing disciplinary procedures when needed;-Manage internal staff relations;-Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;-Plan and deliver training, including new staff inductions (onboarding process);
- Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems- Administers compensation program, monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary- Benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees- Conducts end to end recruitment; conducts new-hire orientations, writes and places advertisements- Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviews- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
• Coordinates with different departments on their respective manpower requirements.• Maintains human resource database as well as records and files of employees.• Scouts applicants from various job postings/job fairs.• Conducts preliminary interviews and testing evaluation on applicants.• Reviews HR policies and guidelines on recruitment and selection and recommends specific actions to HR Head.• Scouts qualified speakers according to the set training needs and objectives;• Organizes and coordinates companywide activities;• Conducts employee orientation of newly hired employees;• Assists the HR Head in handling crisis and employee conflicts within the organization;• Assists in the implementation of policies and procedures;• Assists various departments in conducting training and seminars;
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing documents from Luzon and VizMin office branches.• Provides customer care and service to customers by taking calls, answering their queries and transferring the call to the right department. • Responsible for making check preparations for the monthly dues (e.g. electricity, water, rent, telephone bills) for the head office and all the branches.• Provides clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Manager
