As Leader of the QRM Project Management group I was responsible for the project management team in EMEA, including recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions, providing training, coaching and performance feedback to all team members and monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets. I was also responsible for leading process improvement initiatives globally across all BIOVIA professional services practices, engaging with other managers within the organization as a means to achieving common business goals and providing reports to senior managers on productivity and other performance indicators. I also held the responsibility for the project management of large, complex enterprise wide client engagements and strategic client projects and programs.

In the role of Senior Project Manager, I planned and managed the delivery of QUMAS/BIOVIA projects and initiatives globally. Working with clients in Europe, Asia and the US and senior management across all Businesses and Functional areas both internally and on client sites.With proven systems, validation, regulatory compliance, and technical project management skills, I was responsible for the delivery of projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and costs in order to meet the project objectives and to achieve high customer satisfaction. Successful execution of QUMAS proven Project Management methodology for a variety of different project types – from new implementations to project upgrades and custom developments. Project management responsibilities include directing and controlling projects, managing and mitigating project risks, liaising with external vendors and partners, acquiring and managing project staff, maintaining project budgets and ensuring the project completes on time and on budget.
