• Managing/resolving all 1st line support tickets for customers
• Building/installing/configuring temporary remote networks and components
• Ensuring network stability and connectivity incl. VLANS, switch configuration/port checking
• Acting as on-site technician to manage and resolve any issues or complaints

• Leading the team of technical professionals in various data communications installation projects incl. on-site foreman, various cabling installations of Cat 5E, Cat 6, and Cat 6A cabling
• Ensuring project timelines and milestones are met and reporting updates to the project manager
• Managing any technical escalations for any problems that may impact project schedules
• Liaising with the client/customer incl. on site during installations and in project meetingsAchievements:– Successfullly delivered several large commercial building cabling installations, moves, and changes, on time.

• Planning/managing/delivering small and medium projects/contracts on-site and in-line with project requirements and milestones
• Ensuring adherence to all quality assurance processes and controls
• Creating/maintaining detailed documentation incl. project plans, configuration/installation documents, etc
• Managing/delivering comprehensive installation/cabling testing to ensure stability/connectivity incl. Fluke DTX and Waveteck Terminating, fibre optics
• Investigating and resolving problems and issues
