17yrs of experience in Culinary Arts, worked my way up from kitchen porter to a Chairman of a Ltd company. Next adventure was a Level 6 degree in Food Science and Sports Nutrition. I've a wide range of achievements from a Black Belt in Karate, opening my own Dojo, Representing N.I. in an International Karate tournament, Co-winner of Song works 1998, Skydiving for Diabetes Ireland, Created a fund raising event for the Special Olympics, did a audio production music composition course which include sound design. Building on my diverse experience and different expertise I have now completed a Bachelor of Arts in Animation Degree & Creative Media.
