Responsibilities: Providing all sports medicine services to drivers and team personnel; conducting fitness testing, training camp Winter 2016 (Norway) and conditioning programmes for drivers. Race support. Left to pursue work with another driver.

Responsibilities: x3 fitness sessions a week for the majority of the 15 years I worked with him. He's a very busy and motivated individual which made me a more driven professional trainer. He's doesn't suffer fools and demands exceptional and professional practice... therefore to be with him for 15yrs helps me feel I did some things right!

From 2001 until 2017, I worked mostly in the Herts, Beds and Bucks region, with predominantly motor sport athletes. Strength conditioning work and sport therapy with additional nutritional and race support. Drivers from all levels of the racing ladder, FFord to F1 and then back down the ladder again!

Responsibilities: Writing the anatomy, physiology, fitness coaching and personal training modules for the Matt Roberts Personal Training Academy. Preparation of all course material and application procedure for VRQ accreditation by the awarding body, Vocational Training and Charitable Trusts (VTCT).Also in charge of in-house training of tuition staff and CPD for personal trainers with MRPT.Lead Tutor on all modules with the exception of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Responsibilities: Lactate testing all 18 drivers in the BMW UK Championship twice a year; conducting physical, orthopaedic, psychological and nutritional assessments with all drivers; attending all race weekends and administering any training or treatment relevant to performance enhancement inc. sports massage therapy, stretching and first aid. 30min-training seminar conducted each Friday pre-race. Liaising with BMW Germany all data relevant to the Championship drivers, forming part of their high performance database. Role concluded when the UK championship was closed at the end of 2007.

Tutor for Level 2 certification in Gym Instruction. Assessor for same qualification. Taught and assessed throughout the Southeast and Northern England. FFT Ltd Gym Instructor courses were 'practical heavy', conducted over a 3 day period. Then all facets of gym instruction was taught in preparation for their assessment conducted at least 1 month post course. As an assessor, I had to both mark a case-study folder containing a 4 week plan of activity, at the same time as observing the student and their participant conduct a gym session, referencing everything learnt throughout their 3 day workshop. A tutor NEVER assessed their own course students as a company policy.

Responsibilities: Writing and teaching the Exercise Therapy, Gym Instructor and Advanced Exercise Training courses that was overseen by Middlesex University as part of its Sports Performance Degree course.. Also formed modular components of the Academy's own certification as a Private Training Provider.

Responsibilities: Managerial responsibilities included staff employment and education, developing resort policy on health and wellness issues alongside an extensive exercise programme. Senior Instructor responsibilities were overseeing junior staff training in resort practices and procedures alongside teaching numerous exercise classes. Fitness Instructor responsibilities included teaching classes and other exercise activities to those staying at the resort.
