I assist current Fonality customers who applied for a server migration service, in migrating to a different VoIP phone system ( eg. cloud-based phone system to premise-based, and vise-versa ). I assist new customers in designing and implementing their phone server's call menu setup, user extension information, and queue information that the customer agreed to. I also assist customers in VoIP phone installation and basic troubleshooting of phones, as well as gauging and if needed, making recommendations on adjusting their network setup to suit VoIP phone needs. I am also responsible in training these new customers in managing their new phone server through the web admin panel.
