◉ Supporting of Project Manager's duties.◉ Coordinating and organizing: training, travels, accommodation etc.◉ Contacting external companies and clients to achieve proper project solutions.◉ Close cooperation with Project Managers, Site Managers, Business Unit Managers to ensure that project requirements are met.◉ Support onboarding new project team members, technicians.

◉ Manual typing of purchase orders, comparing offers for services and products◉ Planning of on site logistics and operations.◉ Managing housing rentals and vehicle leasing for on site staff.◉ Purchase of materials and control over stock and prices.◉ Coordination of delivery for the materials aligning with on site staff.◉ Verification of contracts for services and products.◉ Preparing purchase reports and analysis of services and products provided to the company.

◉ Managing manpower plan and consulting with office and site manager.◉ Coordinating with BMS subcontractors regarding manpower and equipment changes, issues.◉ Support Site Manager in reporting to client and office regarding challenges on site.◉ Managing required documents on site and upload them to BMS Cloud.◉ Coordinating with back office employee documentation required in certain country to work on the project.◉ Booking flights, hotels, cars for employees at the same time aiming to minimize cost within the project.◉ Attending on site daily meetings and coordinating daily action plans with on-site customer.◉ Coordinating work activities on the project, reporting crane operations and applying correct cost according to the contract.◉ Organizing crane repairs, inspections and ordering fuel deliveries.

◉ Planning domestic and international transport deliveries to company’s customers.◉ Cooperation with clients, entering transport orders into accounting system.◉ Monitoring the work of drivers and controlling service provided to customer.◉ Acquiring new customers and participating within transport tender.
