- Maintain and update records about publishers, clients, delivery schedules, newspapers,etc.- Monitor system report, process and report status to relevant parties- Spot, investigate, and help resolve system problems- Regularly check email for updates, possible client requests and others- Contact external parties (publishers and clients) mainly based in Europe, Australia andIreland regarding lacking contents- Ensure we receive complete and non-erroneous contents from publishers.
