Empowering by example is a practical programme which has emerged from tried and tested life experience. This programme can be used as either a preventative measure; a tool to aid recovery; or a tool for education. It has been developed from wide personal experience of supporting people living and suffering from addiction; repeated offending; dysfunctional behaviours; and issues of mental health.
