· Responsible for Voice & Accent of the entire floor (600+ employees)· New Hire training · Refresher training for existing employees· On the job training by means of remote monitoring or side jacking· Hiring people for the process (Operations Round)· Edit or develop new content to match the training needs and requirements· Training and documentation of data on par with COPC standards
