I have also gone with various changes within the hotel , currently , assisting the Food and beverage manger and streamlining all aspects of the food and beverage department.. for example , wine and food tasting and training all team members, Field trips to the breweries, Internal TFE training programs and also implementing internal SOP's and monitoring all OHS service standard's and Hygiene procedures , liaising with all representatives and coordinating all operations..
