St. John's University Adjunct Professor Father Gerard SauerBased in Brooklyn, New York, Father Gerard Sauer is an experienced priest who has served as an adjunct instructor at St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York, since 2006. As an instructor in the university’s department of theology, he has gained experience leading undergraduate students through both in-person and online lessons. Reverend Gerard Sauer manages a variety of responsibilities in his academic position at St. John’s, ranging from curriculum development to participation in department and faculty meetings. In addition to his activities as an adjunct instructor, Father Sauer is an active member of organizations such as the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre and the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn. Rev. Gerard Sauer earned a master of arts in theology and a master of divinity from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington.
