As Head of UX at Onebox we have grown the Product Designer team to be relevant in the definition of products. In my first 2 years I've been in charge of:- Crafting departmental objectives, mission, and vision aligning with company goals.- Driving product design and research strategy, collaborating closely with product management, tech, data, and business leadership.- Establishing Design Operations strategy, including implementing a design system and adopting Figma as our primary tool.- Directing a high-performing Product Design team of 7 members, responsible for defining the product design and research strategy working closely with product management, tech, data and business leadership.- Serving on the management committee, advocating for customer-centricity at the C-level and championing the strategic role of design in business growth.Currently, I'm focused on:- Enhancing product discovery methodologies and frameworks.- Establishing a comprehensive UX Research department to scale research operations organization-wide.
