Responsible for program management of the End User Services transformation program for ABN AMRO. This program aims to strategically improve end user services and satisfaction.Budget 30M€. Leading a team of 4 program managers, 22 project managers and 100+ specialists dedicated to our customers success.

Responsible for Transition & Transformation (T&T) program for the customer Abn Amro in the area of Security & Compliance. Managing program to transition customer's systems and processes to IBM and to transform to IBM standards.As program manager responsible for success of T&T audit. Very broad working area on 34 subjects, 3000 servers and 145 products (operating systems, middleware, databases) to manage. Approach is seen as showcase for other large accounts in Europe.As project manager responsible for transformation of teams and customer systems in the area of processes (health checking, security patching, user ID management, Security Issue Management, Service Activation en De-activation) and technical implementation of systems management tooling, security patches and security controls.Budget 2,3M€. Directly leading 5 central project employees, 2 project managers and indirect 100+ employees in 27 departments. Highly complex and much executive exposure.

Several management functions in the line and in staff. Leading in the management team. I have set up new departments and helped teams to achieve higher levels of performance. I have created a new management information system, that is based upon measurable indicators and objective reports. I defined and executed several other quality improvement projects.Managing 2 team leaders and 30 employees.

Performed projects with approximately 35 customers. Direct after university one and a half years as IT specialist and right after that four years as consultant and almost three years as project manager. Projects in several sectors like banking, retail, aviation, feed, automotive, government, media, utilities and in the areas of IT infrastructure, proposal management, application development, data center consolidation, outsourcing, mergers & Acquisitions and Year2000.
