Approach is seen as showcase for other large accounts in Europe.As project manager responsible for transformation of teams and customer systems in the area of processes (health checking, security patching, user ID management, Security Issue Management, Service Activation en De-activation) and technical implementation of systems management tooling, security patches and security controls.Budget 2,3M€. Directly leading 5 central project employees, 2 project managers and indirect 100+ employees in 27 departments. Highly complex and much executive exposure.
