As a member of the HSE/Health team, I was responsible for providing consultancy services in ergonomics of work and organization (A&O) for NAM and Shell EP Europe, focusing on NAM, Shell UK, and Norske Shell. Additionally, I served as part of the sounding board to the Head of Organization Development and Change - EP Europe.

As a specialist, I pioneered the integration of Human Factors & Ergonomics into Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and engineering practices at NAM. Alongside two colleagues at Shell, we laid the foundation for what later became a best practice throughout Shell worldwide.
