Entrepreneur and Certified EOS Implementer. I come from a family of entrepreneurs; my mom and dad have been business owners since I have memory. Their passion was an everyday talk at dinner. I decided to listen to my inner voice and follow my parent's steps after a couple of years working in Finance. I founded my first company when I turned 30 years old. It was an Advisory firm that helped people achieve financial freedom. I launched my second business, a Paper Goods Distribution Company, and I wish I could tell you it started as well as my first business, but that was not the case. Of course, I didn't know much about paper distribution, but my real challenge was that:1) We lacked accountability in the company2) We didn't have the right people 3) And I was wearing all the hats, working till late hours and with no resultsAfter years of feeling stuck and not having time for my family, I searched for answers and found EOS by reading Traction. Fast forward, implementing EOS helped me scale both of my businesses; we double revenue and profit the first year we implemented, but most important:1) Empower everyone to own their roles and responsibilities2) People without exception lived our values and culture3) And, I got to run both businesses by only assisting a weekly meeting with each leadership team. I gained control, and now it was not my business running me. Two years ago, I decided to move to the US for a better future for my kids. Here I founded my third company that empowers entrepreneurs and their leadership team to evolve so that we can change the world one company at a time. I am living my dream, doing what I love with people I love.
