With over 20 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled test engineer leader with a master's degree in business administration and telecommunications engineering. I am currently a senior test engineer at Robertshaw, a global leader in industrial and residential controls. My mission is to design, develop, and integrate innovative and reliable test equipment for various products and applications, such as ICT, and parametric and functional tests. I value creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.Before joining Robertshaw in May 2023, I worked as a senior test engineer leader at Universal Douglas, formerly UDLA, for 13 years. There, I was responsible for integrating and developing test equipment for LEDs modules and e-HID ballasts manufacturing areas, ensuring quality, efficiency, and performance standards. I also led and mentored a team of test engineers and technicians, and coordinated with other departments and external partners. Some of my achievements include reducing test cycle time by 30%, increasing test coverage by 40%, and implementing multiple automation and optimization solutions.
