At the Time Square location I have supervise and managed 40+ employees, trained, and making sure they maintain the integrity of the Superdry brand. I oversee the training of my employees and coach all stylists to perform at top levels of customer service. I lead by personal influence and developed a great working relationship within the staff on all levels (stylists and management team).I hire and recruit sophisticated candidates for stylist’s positions. I oversee the cleanliness and safety of the store to prevent any hazards and health risks, while coaching my stylists to uphold all policies work with the loss prevention team to prevent shrink and maintain the security of the merchandise of the store.
