CurrentI manage the whole relationship with our customers and their teams throughout all of its stages: onboarding, operation, and growth.As the POC for my customers I meet regularly with their staff, senior and executive levels to understand their goals, follow up on projects, and ensure they are having the best experience with our products and professional services. I focus on customer satisfaction, appropriate use of technology, SLAs, compliance and platform performance.I lead the internal teams to deliver world class quality services on time to my customers. I design and support the public infrastructure where Adobe Experience Manager runs on RHEL, including computing, storage, networking, load balancers and security on AWS and Azure.I couch to incoming engineers to help them accelerate their ramp-up into the role.
