Gerard R. C. Pastrano, CCIM serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness/The Pastrano Group, specializing in income producing properties, site selection ranging from office, retail and land in Central and South Texas. With more than 15 years commercial real estate experience, Pastrano has completed numerous commercial land transactions surpassing more than 1,800 acres. Pastrano has also represented investors and sellers of office buildings, retail centers, self storage and hospitality transactions throughout Central and South Texas. Active in the industry, Pastrano has earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition, he serves on local CCIM Board of Directors and Realtor Commercial Alliance Board of Governors. Pastrano earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with concentration in Finance from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
