As the managing director of Simuserv I lead a team of exceptional consultants across defence, oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and general manufacturing - overseeing the continuous improvement of product development processes and working with a number of software technologies to further the science of computer-aided engineering. A continuous learner I studied and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, have an MBA from Monash University, and a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart in Germany. My enthusiasm for learning is matched by my belief in the value of relationships. I am convinced that together we can solve any problem, and overcome any challenge. I am a collaborator and leader who enjoys developing the skills and talents of others and as a member of various committees and associations, I enjoy the esprit de corps of working together to define the solution or achieve an outcome.With over 20 years industry experience, I am as spurred to action by the problems we are solving as I was when I first entered this exciting field. Simulation is diverse and always changing, accordingly I am always pushing to do things faster and better. I also believe strongly in championing our clients successes.
