During my career, I have gained a thorough understanding of finance, change and transformation, business intelligence development and implementation life cycle, matrix management, management of virtual teams, management of a portfolio of projects and key milestones, senior stakeholder management, relationship management, mentoring teams and individuals, managing external suppliers, detailed business analysis and requirements gathering and business process improvement. My experience has been further enhanced by working 11 years in the finance sector with Barclays Bank and 15 years within media and publishing for IPC Media a Time Warner Company. I have combined my 18 year post qualification as an accountant with Prince 2 and also been trained and participated in the development and testing of mobility reporting on IPAD, OBIEE, Oracle Financial Analyser, Cognos,TM1 and Hyperion Essbase. Due to my skill-set, ability and versatility I have worked in business, change, finance with technology as a project lead or partner successfully within and across these teams. Along with this, I have also managed major change projects pertinent to fInance involving regulatory reporting, SOX and financial reporting requirements in the UK and also globally across Europe, Africa, Asia, US as well as the Bank of England, FCA and Banking Regulatory Authority.
