• Ensuring that the activities are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, additional requirements and standards including IOSA ISARPS, national regulations and standards as established; and that these activities are carried out under the supervision of the head of the respective functional areas• Liaison with the competent authority on compliance matters related to the AOC• Ensuring that leasing activities are appropriately carried out from compliance perspective • Facilitating continuous improvement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) and processes• Ensuring the timely and adequate execution of audits and inspections, including follow-up activities (implementation and recording of actions taken to address non-compliance findings and evaluate their implementation/effectiveness)

• Responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of compliance monitoring system on OPS areas• Oversight and manage as required audits and inspections • Making proposals for the development of principles and procedures for conduct of CM activities; including the definition of CMS related KPIs• Monitoring the implementation of actions taken to address non-compliance findings and evaluate their implementation/effectiveness relevant to OPS areas• Setting up and running the CM OPS including the daily supervision; providing feedback on compliance effectiveness

• Lead, prepare and execute operation compliance monitoring audits• Identify, records and report non-conformities, hazards • Evaluate and verify root cause analysis and corrective action plans• Independent in all circumstances

Performing class room trainings to ensure crew continous proficiency in the following topics:• Crew related aviation regulations• Basic principles of operation of the quality and compliance monitoring systems, elements of compliance system• Flight safety risk awareness, risk assessment and mitigation• Safety management overview• Audit principles and methodology• Emergency response procedures basics, company communication, safety reporting• Fatigue risk management

• Leading a team of a cabin crew to provide the most welcoming environment and deliver the outstanding level of customer service• Responsible to perform all flight attendants' duties and guide others to perform their duties• Following the safety procedures and monitoring that everyone is doing the same

• Monitor industry legislation changes, compliance and safety trends and concerns that may have an impact on flight operations and to develop revisions to Operation Manual A and Cabin Crew Manual according to these changes• Lead operation compliance monitoring audits• Co-operate in Wizz Air compliance and safety policy and system development• Ensure that the relevant compliance and flight safety information is promulgated throughout Compliance and Safety trainings within Wizz Air• Make recommendations primarily to the respective managers and Nominated Personnel regarding continuing improvement of operations compliance and safety

• Providing outstanding customer service in the aircraft to impress customers and their individual needs• Maintain the high level of safety standards onboard the aircraft at all times for the safety of passengers and employees• Working within a team and with other staff of the company
