• Handling the booking of 1-to-1 meetings, connecting the distinguished customer groups based on the analysed data at hand• Ensuring smooth delivery process by taking actions systematically and in a proactive manner• Providing support to the teams internally to smoothen the customer delivery journey• Assisting C-level executives and company representatives throughout the process via email and/or phone• Being the company representative during the weekly designated service delivery days, and guiding the customers virtually to utilize the service to the fullest• Handling massive amounts of internal data in a secure and punctual manner, utilizing Office 365 applications • Maintaining internally built databases for documentation, administration, and analytics purposes• Integrating the largest team in the company, personally coaching, creating learning material, and holding workshops for an efficient onboarding
