Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations of donor apheresis and whole blood procedures performed at CBC mobiles, site operations, auditing. Maintains a safe and effective donor program that complies with applicable internal, FDA, AABB, CSL, OSHA, CLIA, Safety and Quality regulations. Evaluates appropriate use of all manufacturing and donor apheresis related resources, including equipment, staff, and vendor related contracts. Responsible for applicable standard operating procedure and implementation. Accountable for financial oversight and adherence to budget, meeting projected goals and maintaining adequate inventories to meet hospital customer needs. Oversee 160 team members with 3 direct reports at 19 fixed site locations and multiple mobile locations.
