Coordinate various strategic projects’ activities throughout all stages to ensure completion within budgetary and time constraints. Provide leadership, oversight and guidance to projects’ teams to assure project deliverables. Establish links between individual projects and broader long-range plans. Define and manage repeatable, scalable project management processes and tools. Support attainment of enterprise-wife objectives while contributing toward organizational growth. Identify and mitigate potential risks by facilitating leadership discussions focused on developing solutions.

Responsible for total store operations to include, but not limited to, sales generation, people management, expense control, community relations and asset protection.

Provided leadership and direction for stores across three states including New York City. Responsible for all operational, financial and personnel aspects of the business to include training, developing, and motivating a team of managers and associates, two outside sales reps, and an administrative support staff. Supported by regional loss prevention manager, three district loss prevention managers, and a human resource generalist. Complete P & L responsibility and accountability to include sales, profits, payroll and expense control, as well as budget input for all P & L lines.
