Senior Strata Manager of Sun and Sky Towers, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The project comprised 2 towers of mixed use (Office, Retail and Residential) made up of 1400 units. Responsible for management of a team of 8 staff.

ASTECO Qatar are a multi-purpose Property Services company offering services in Strata Management, Valuation and Consulting, Research, Property Management, and Sales and Leasing.Role: Overseeing the implementation of Property Management services to the Commercial Bank of Qatar, new clients and building the Property Management business with ASTECO. My main role on commencing was to manage the brand new 22 storey Commercial Bank Plaza, and to source new tenants for the building, then negotiate the lease terms and conditions. I had a total of 7 staff reporting directly to me, 1 Property Manager and 6 Assistant Property Managers.Remit:• To lease out 6000m2 of commercial office space• To tender out services for facilities management• To finalise all current lease documentation and arrange execution• Manage the fit-out process with all tenants and verify the fit-guidelines are adhered to• Deal directly with the client on all property and real estate issues• Strata Management services and advice

Role: My role at NZ Defence involved implementing strategic plans on how the Defence Forces property assets (which has a current valuation of USD2.3 billion) would be managed. This involved what assets to sell, develop, or purchase. I had a total of 23 staff reporting directly to me, these included Property Managers, Facility Managers and Consultants.Remit:• Feasibility studies for best use of assets• Physical inspections of all property assets• Construction Project management• Property management services

Colliers International is a International real estate services company providing Property Management, Valuation, Corporate real estate consulting, Sales and Leasing, and Strata Management services.Role: My property portfolio comprised 14 commercial buildings in Wellington. My role within this portfolio was to conduct rent reviews, liaise with tenants and property owners, monthly financial reporting to owners, prepare annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, implement initiatives where possible, and review and prepare tenders where necessary for all the FM contracts. I had 4 staff who reported to me (2 FM Managers and 2 Property Managers). At the time of my contract ending there were 922 mobile phone sites under my management.Remit:• Acquire new sites for mobile phone antena’s to be built• Manage existing mobile phone sites• Negoiate and prepare new leases on newly acquired mobile phone sites• Conduct rental reviews in a timely manor
