Advise alumni toward the transition from academic to professional readiness. Provide consultation to identify skills and improve hiring potential and continuing education pursuits. Execute re-engagement of core alumni towards a mutually beneficial relationship. Perform full cycle recruitment, manage inbound/outbound telephone calls, interview preparation, onboarding, and perpetrate 100-200 placements annually. Business Development Associate: conduct outreach to employers to build relationships and set up accounts for future business. Utilize Zoho CRM and Lead Tool Management Software, and identify candidates as a good fit for posted opportunities. Generate business with medical clients; strategizing sales, product/services and build a rapport to preserve endeavors. Support the students by maintaining regular contact, building affinity, and answering questions about policies, academics, career preparedness, course navigation, and technical assistance. Provide academic advisement on continuing post-secondary education and remain in compliance with FERPA. Direct graduates to relevant information regarding Allied Healthcare education, employment, and personal support services. Handle marketing, sales, customer service and communication implementations. Conduct training for personal and professional development, ensuring promotion, adhering to best practice guidelines. Provide educational counseling to help students and graduates to develop employability skills. Communicate with graduates to schedule events, connect to employment, and develop skills. Liaise between the employer and graduates to strengthen relationships for potential hire and placement. Collaborate with the various departments at the institution to facilitate cooperation for the graduate’s optimal success.
