For me, my purpose is linked to a vocation: meaningful work, lifelong learning and broad welfare for everyone. I am a non-executive director and major shareholder (DGA), with 25+ years in leading delivery of large-scale transformations with multicultural teams in global complex organisations. My career started as a trainee at Rabobank, and global director Program & Change Management at KPMG, as well as an expat in the US and UK. I then worked as an associate director at EY’s head office in Rotterdam.As an executive (a.i.) and advisory I give substance to the cause of meaningful work for everyone, with a trackrecord in the financial and corporate sector and in the field of HR and change management, business operations, organisational development, digital transformation, leadership and culture. Developing people and organizations cohesively to add value is my strength, at clients as ING, ABN Amro, Rabobank, JDE Douwe Egberts, T-Mobile, CGI, and UvA. As a result, I help C-suite clients realising their growth ambitions and reimagining their position instead of focusing on perfecting and digitising what they already do.Lifelong learning reflects a cause that I deeply care for in order to make my contribution to society, currently as the chair of the audit committee of the supervisory board of Marnix College. In addition I am the chair of the innovation & digitalization committee and member of the remuneration committee of the non-executive board of the Examenkamer, which independently guarantees the quality of exams and examinations in the private sector. Furthermore, I am member of the PE (permanent education) committee at Erasmus Governance Institute, Erasmus University. My expertise areas are remuneration and HR, organisational development, legal, and governance.As a thought leader, I address the cause of broad welfare and cover current trends in organizations and society. I speak about keynote themes as leadership and digital transformation, trends on the labor market and the future of work. Diversity, Inclusion and equal pay are also part of my repertoire. Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, Management & Organisation, Utrecht University. Moreover, I am a certified coach and assessor and completed the post academic course Legal Mediation ADR at University of Amsterdam, as well as the Program for Experienced Non-Executive Directors at Erasmus University.
