Job Responsibilities: Sorting through potential applicants that applied to full time/ intern positions listed by the company, approved/ rejected those based on set criteria. Following up with applicants, made sure all applicants received the correct response and then updated the potential applicant database with their details.Liaising with employees and new employees to finalize travel arrangements too and from Dubai.Maintaining and sorting of physical databases (expenditure reports) for engagement. Received reports, made sure all the correct documents were provided and ensure safe storage for future finance and audit needs.Assisting with various daily HR tasks.
