Director of planning providing strategic options and guidance for future operations for 1st SFG a 1,700+ person Special Operations Group regionally aligned to the Indo-Pacific area.ACHIEVEMENTS:  Program manager of $35 million in assets while supporting worldwide missions for Afghanistan, Iraq, and Philippines theatres of war, multiple smaller scale operations, and over 25 congressionally approved projects activities focusing on C-IED, HUMINT, UAS, and exploitation of multiple forms of media. Developed new techniques for integrating unarmed aerial systems into existing manned transportation airframes providing faster and safer UAS logistical delivery and capturing tactical knowledge for strategic decisions. Provided communications, chemical reconnaissance & decontamination, intelligence surveillance & reconnaissance via tactical unmanned aviation systems to the Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines resulting in faster data and intelligence transfer, reduced lag in critical communications, and  Planned, resourced, and managed three National Executive level exercises in the multiple countries with a budget of over $45 million. Established and managed two Unconventional Assisted Recovery Coordination Centers.

Served as the SOF Observer & Trainer for a Department of Defense Service level mentoring program, teaching combined arms training that replicated full-spectrum Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multi-national operations throughout the globe.ACHIEVEMENTS:  Mentored eight executive leadership teams and trained over 10,000 front-line employees prior to the launch of multiple, successful overseas projects resulting in new and refined military processes and procedures. Developed special training programs to meet unique needs or resolve problems. Implemented significant change in training eight executive level courses ensuring the application of lessons learned from Operations into realistic scenarios for the successful fight against terrorism. Instructed four Special Operations Forces & Conventional Forces integration courses at the US Army Command and General Staff College ensuring that US Special Operations Command’s priorities were properly integrated into the curriculum of over 150 members of the armed forces.

ACHIEVEMENTS:  Commanded a 200+ person multinational Company; providing critical logistical, medical, and communications working with multiple nations during Operation Moshtarak and the retaking of Helmand Province. As Chief of Operations of Special Operations Task Forces -South in Afghanistan was responsible for 1,370 US personnel and controlling 25 SOF Detachments implementing SOF strategic imperatives with multi-national partners resulting in increased security to the region and directly reducing threats to local livelihood. Selected as the #1 Company grade officer to command the 1st Special Forces Group (A) Headquarters and Headquarters Command, participating in 2 x Joint Chief of Staff exercises, developed and wrote the Group Standing Operating Procedure, while responsible for over 120 Soldiers and $8 million-dollar property book. Implemented a training and mentoring project for over 120 foreign SOF personnel, culminating in the planning, organizing, and execution of Operation Lion’s Roar in Mosul that liberated the province of a criminal terrorist element and returned governmental services to the citizens.
