20+ years IT experience. Initially in a small compiler company in Edinburgh who created software for all the major systems providers; I moved to Agilent Technologies (HP at the time) in 2004. I spent 9 good years working in different areas of the business including core IT functions, a new business venture within GSM telecomms and on the R&D staff of the Telecomms Division in South Queensferry. Now working independently as a consultant in IT best practice and in particular coaching PMs in how to manage software and systems.
