Worked daily installing, servicing, and supporting Novell NetWare, Microsoft LAN Manager, and IBM LAN Server networks for JWP’s major accounts. I was utilized by NationsBank to administer Novell servers, install SNA gateways, resolve connectivity issues, and work with departments to plan for future growth. I was also called upon to work closely with JWP’s.
